Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancellation

Our classes and events are intentionally kept small to create a welcoming, comfortable environment for everyone. Because space is limited, each registration reserves a spot that cannot easily be filled at the last minute.

If you need to cancel after registering, we’re happy to offer a full account credit as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before the class or event begins. Please message us on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for credit, as your reserved space may prevent someone else from attending.

Please note that we do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All approved cancellations are issued as account credit. This policy applies to members and the general public.

HoLA or Instructor Cancellation/Postponement

In the event that HoLA or an instructor must cancel or postpone a scheduled event or class we will:

  1. Notify all registered participations as soon as we become aware of the need to cancel/postpone
  2. Offer to carry forward registration to the rescheduled event or class
  3. If there is no rescheduled date or the date does not permit the participant to attend we will offer credit or a refund
