Perspectives for Urban Sketching

Build a stronger foundation in drawing by learning the essentials of perspective. In this class, students will explore the core principles that help create the illusion of depth and space on the page, with skills that can be applied to observational drawing, on-location sketching, still life, and figure work.
Through discussion, demonstration, and guided practice, students will be introduced to one-point, two-point, three-point, and curved perspective. Whether you are new to drawing or looking to strengthen your technical skills, this class offers practical tools that will improve the way you see and draw the world around you.
Students should have their own drawing pad, sketchbook, and pencil or pens of their preference.
Renowned illustrator Mike Dubisch will be leading these sessions.
