The film follows a group of former Iranian political prisoners who face the question of whether to exact revenge on a man they believe may be their tormentor. DESCRIPTION:Step into the spirit of Mazatlán’s most colorful tradition and create a one-of-a-kind Carnaval mask to wear next year! \nIn this two-session workshop\, sculptor Carolyn Watson Dubisch will guide you through designing and building your own expressive mask using paper mâché and a ready-made mask base. In the first session you’ll shape and sculpt your design\, and in the second you’ll bring it to life with paint\, color\, and finishing touches. \n \nNo experience is necessary—just bring your imagination. By the end of the workshop\, you’ll have a unique handmade mask ready to debut at Carnaval 2027. \nTwo SessionsApril 10: Design & Sculpt\nApril 17: Paint & Finish \nGems\, feathers\, paint\, elastic\, foam clay\, and other art supplies are provided for an additional fee of MX$150 paid directly to the instructor. \nCost:MX$600 MembersMX$750 General Public \nAbout the instructor:  \nCarolyn Watson Dubisch has made masks for photo shoots in New York\, Hong Kong and London\, for TV shows like Crazy Ex Girlfriend\, and Sean Penn’s show on hulu\, and most recently Netflix UK. and for films and music videos.
